Shadow Agent - Lagging and Timeout Issues [Resolved]

Symptoms:  

Unable to access your Shadow Agent portal, delayed status responses, leaderboard updates or disposition code entry.

Problem:
Starting March 18, 2024, at approximately 10:30 am EST, customers of RSI Shadow Agent have been reporting of intermittent timeouts or delayed responses.

RSI engineers are working to mitigate the problem that may be delaying our provider (RingCentral) data in our global cloud provider (AWS).  

We are working with our partners to provide a resolution as soon as possible.


RESOLUTION:

UPDATE 1:  March 18, 2024 - 3:55pm - We are working to isolate the issue and restart systems.

UPDATE 2:  March 18, 2024 - 5:55pm - Resolved.

FINAL RESOULTION:   
Resolved.

The issue was isolated to an authentication issue between RingCentral and RSI.  A log of the incident has been reported and shared with our partners to prevent further disruptions.
