RSI Acquires Exclusive Worldwide Rights for Talk-2-Me Website Visitor Engagement Technology

OSHAWA,ONTARIO - Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) announced today that it has reached an exclusive worldwide distribution agreement of Talk-2-Me Website Visitor Engagement with True Voice Technologies Inc.   RSI and True Voice founder, Doug Moffat, have agreed to share in the title, sale, marketing and continued development of the related intellectual property under the brand RSI Talk-2-Me.    As part of this agreement, Doug Moffat, President and CEO of True Voice Technologies will join RSI as a full time Strategic Account Manager.  He will provide RSI Talk-2-Me sales support and assist RSI Channel Partners on the entire spectrum of RSI communication management solutions.

As of May 27, 2013,  RSI has completed  rebranding all our US, Canadian and International products under the TELECOST brand as Shadow.

Meet this week's DevConnect Technology Partner RSI, Resource Software International, Ltd.

Resource Software International Ltd. Question #3 – What fundamental shifts to you see coming in the communications industry?

CHANNEL SALES ASSOCIATE

Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI), based in Oshawa, Ontario, is a developer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative software solutions for corporate communication facilities.  We partner with an extensive network of manufacturers of communication equipment, telecom companies and IT specialists to deliver our solutions around the globe.
We are seeking a motivated individual for channel account management and development.   Your duties will include maintaining and expanding relationships with existing business partners, promoting sales campaigns, qualifying new business opportunities, fielding potential customer inquiries, creating quotations and assisting in the post sales process.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to foster and build customer relationships
Highly motivated to meet personal sales targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Outlook, PPT)

Desirable:
Post Secondary Education or prior sales experience in the telecom industry
Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management System
     (i.e. Microsoft CRM, SalesLogix, etc.)
Knowledge of telephone systems and telecommunication services
